Heather, is there ANY way you can get into therapy? Believe me, it would be the ideal solution to your problem. A therapist can help you deal with this severe anxiety and panic. I went thru therapy as I suffered from it too, as well as severe depression, and therapy was extremely beneficial for me!!!
If you cannot manage therapy, then PLEASE talk with your medical doctor AT LENGTH about this, as he can help you too! Let him know exactly what you go thru during the day, and what happens! Yes, I know -- no one wants to take medication, but there are times when it's ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY in order to get thru life! After awhile, things calm down, or perhaps you can manage therapy.
