Hi Heather, nice to meet you. I agree with Leed. Going to therapy sounds ideal. Maybe having the doctor/psychiatrist tweak your medications would be helpful. Life can be scary and overwhelming at times. I've found for me that talk therapy and medication management can really help a lot. It sounds like you're working hard on the self talk and affirmations - that's great! I wish you the best.
