I have phone consults and emails with my therapist. She's known me for about 20 years! It's just a constant struggle to fight the anxiety and emotions from showing. I was doing so well about a month ago. I FELT happy for an extended time and then life kicks in and drains me. I know I always get through but it's the fight that is so hard to keep up.
