All I can suggest is to get yourself back out and busy. Do anything to make yourself smile, even if just a little bit. See friends, go shopping and spoil yourself to something really nice. Have a long soak in the tub with a good book. Anything really that you can think of that always used to make you smile before you met him. Please remember too that you didn't feel so alone before you met him, and in time you won't feel alone anymore - it's a period of adjustment. Above all this, be kind to yourself.

Hugs! Thanks for responding, it really lifted my spirits. I have a trip planned to Colorado to see friends that I was going to cancel because I had anxiety about traveling. Now I am so happy that I'm going!
