I have already experienced some postive results from trying to change (reframe) my thinking/mindset.
My T desires that I continue to reduce my stress IRL, meaning reduce my reactivity to events of daily living... and I'm really trying to do that... and trying not to double think about it too! IT ISN"T EASY
But I did not have a pain flare these last few days, where I think in the past I might have...

I'm taking that as a positive result!
