The problem I have with plastic surgery is that the person sometimes doesn't look natural anymore. It may or may or be due to the surgeon's skill. It could be that the person insisted on the particular procedure even though the surgeon says it won't look good. People shop around for surgeons until they find one who will do what they want regardless of how they'll look afterward.
