Hey! And welcome! Are you seeing a therapist? They can help you learn strategies to help you cope, such as learning to say positive things to yourself such as "Even though this has gone wrong, I can relax and trust things will go better in the future."

Some people do things to try to relax and get their minds off their concerns. I find just keeping busy by reading can help. (Get an engrossing book.)
