Welcome! I think it would be helpful to have a real-life counselor. Also, you might find medications helpful.

We do understand how you feel. Many of us have been or are in that boat right now. Try to push yourself the best you can to do things. Even walking has been found to help depression. Plus find some things that are enjoyable such as funny TV shows and movies. Okay?
