I make copies of my posts and threads and blog at the time that I am making the entries.

Another thing I do is go into my profile by clinking on my name in a post or thread that I have made and then scroll down to where it says - show all users posts. That lets me know all the posts and threads that I have replied to or started.

Another thing I do from time to time is pay attention to the numbers in the reply collmn after opening a message baord to the subject index. those numbers most times tell when a new post has been made to that thread. I say most times because sometimes the numbers are off or even though I have read the new posts they still sometimes remain marked as new. so I don't depend on this one as much as I do the going into my profile option of show all users posts.
