When I make up the bed I feel like I have started the day off to a good start. I have had to force myself to walk and I totally felt better afterwards. It's harder to think about going for a walk than to actually take a walk! Showers are good also. And shopping for something small but personal. I also like to read but that can get sedentary. I would have to agree with everyone else... A walk in the sunshine sounds like a depression crusher.
