I have entirely stopped making myself angry. It's a totally useless emotion. I've stopped annoying myself too. It ain't the people, it's you judging them to be annoying, talking yourself into feeling annoyed. If you want to stop, start paying attention to how you talk (think) yourself into feeling annoyed. Then deliberately think about it, say, people in another, more positive way, a way that makes you feel happy or any other way you might like to feel good. Tell me here how it goes. I might be able to give you other ways to work on changing yourself
