Beyond that, sometimes I've had people speak to me and it takes a while for my brain to go from hearing the words to deciphering them before I can reply. I usually impulsively answer those types of questions with a "no" until a couple minutes later when I've really deciphered what was said. Strangely, these two incidents seem much different from each other when experienced.

I've had the delay thing as well, that is alot different feeling than the previous for me as well.

biplol, I get that, not as frequently though. Haven't had it happen in a restaurant yet, usually when I'm reading is all.

myself, how can you find what makes it happen? If I could, I would try that. But I have no idea how or why
