some other prebiotics are bananas, chicory root, onions, leeks, fruits, soybeans, sweet potatoes, endive, garlic. (some positive thinking anecdote-"The earthworm must have a poop every 50 seconds!). metamucil(psyllium)also may help with diarrhea from ibs
