I did not have this problem from Prozac (well, I was on 10 mg which was the lowest dose), but I did have this problem on geodon/topamax/risperdal.

the drive has returned gradually and slowly over the course of several months. getting better and better. Apparently, the damage is SO severe and so deep that you do not recover in an instant just by being weaned off. It is a slow process. So, enjoy and expect things to get better and better with each passing month.
