I've been struggling with depression recently and have been talking about it with my therapist. Something she said to do (that i've been doing) is to just do one simple thing, everyday, that you didn't do the day before. So when I see my therapist, that's something that I didn't do the day beforebefore. (sometimes I don't shower everyday) so taking a shower can be one. Calling a friend, watching your fav tv show, etc.
