MKAC, perhaps you need to obtain a 504 plan for your daughter. My sister had one for my neice who had juvenile diabetes could test blood sugar in classroom, could eat when needed, etc. That she could refuse to take tests if her blood sugar was over or under a certain amount... lots of accomodations.

Then when her other child started with Irritable Bowel symptoms, she had one so that she could leave any classroom at any time because some teachers wouldn't allow students to use the restrooms during class. I had one for my sons so that they could receive occupational therapy and so that my youngest can carry and administer his own rescue inhaler for asthma...
