I call it relaxation tecniques but they are all basically the same thing. I do the imagry at times too, but haven't needed to do it from sometime. I've had to deal with obsessive thoughts as well when I was plauged with ptsd symptoms, and I had to do alot of that to help me sleep and it did help.
