My pdoc does not like to talk about dx's. He thinks it limits me--puts me in a peg hole. He has confirmed that I'm schizoaffective but also have a lot in common with Depression with psychotic features. He said each person is different and has various symptoms that may fall into various categories--the DSM V is not an all inclusive bible (except for the insurance companies).
