I spent years going on and off meds...it was horrible. The turning point for me was when my pdoc gave me meds that actually worked and had minimal side effects. Maybe your daughter feels like her current meds are not working for her? I wish you luck, I know how hard it is to watch somebody you love struggle with mental illness. Take care, D.
