ETA: Seriously, maybe the difference between effable and ineffable is time and methodology. Ineffable is long term psychodynamic; effable is shorter term dbt or dbt - more behavior-mod oriented. Ineffable means you have to pull into your brain, undo all these bad connections, and make good connections and habits in spite of your "better" judgment. I like the idea of pulling in all this data and making order out of chaos - that's how I used to make a living
