I am so sorry your daughter has been trapped in such a horrible abusive situation. If she will not accept your help and chooses to stay in this abusive situation, I am not sure "what" you can do. If you have seen child abuse you can report that the Child Services anonymously.

You can try posting this in the Abuse Forum too, maybe someone there may have some advice.
