I'm so sorry to hear this is happening for you. I agree that posting in the abuse forum might be a good idea as well. I'm curious. I don't know much about laws, especially where domestic violence is concerned, but I thought it was possible to intervene (re: call the cops) as a third party if abuse is suspected? I feel sorry for your daughter but there are also children involved. Who is protecting them?
