What about calling a suicide hotline in a way that the cops can't come...did you use a land line last time or did you tell them where you lived? How about using Skype they can't trace your computer right...it's just an 800 number right you'd have to pay since its not an Internet call but it's still cheap.

As far as the ghosts I don't know how to get rid of them but have you tried burning sage to purify the space?
