i took abuot 15 5mg diazepm and 10 sleeping pills i thogh that would be enough followed by who bottle of spirits,my family put me tp bed and watched me but i still want to di it again,but there are no meds in the house anymore,i feel so ashamed of myself righ now even my ant-deresssantds are gone someone help me
