A few days before, I get very moody, anxious, spacey and tired. Sometimes, I get migraines and unpleasant belly pains.
Eating properly and keeping hydrated has helped with the spacey feeling. Sometimes, when I really need to focus, I drink coffee. Pain relievers help with my headaches and other aches. Physical activity helps, as well. My long walks really help me physically and mentally.
I take an antidepressant for my anxiety disorder and found it has helped with PMS. My moodiness is not as pronounced.
