You would be doing your friend a big favor, I think, if you had told her why you weren't coming--that you didn't want to be in her cramped apartment. Why didn't she move as planned?

Does she have a history of treating you like this? If so, then indeed she is a bully. If this was unusual behavior, though, then perhaps "pushy" might cover it? Only you know. After you've calmed down, will you talk it over with her? Is this a friend worth keeping?
