I think it's definitely easier to be in a great mood when the weather is nicer.
It's more infuriating when the weather's gorgeous out and I'm in a crappy mood. Someone will say to me "how can you be in a bad mood on a day like today? (fake smile)" "Yeah, how about you shut your face and leave me alone."
Or getting depressed over wintertime and the always infuriating "yeah, ya know, I get sad in the wintertime too." To which I give pretty much the same answer as above.
