How true is this??? Aren't we all looking for some type if encouragement from the people in our lives????? a nudge in the right direction perhaps? An encouraging word saying it is ok to take that first step towards a goal we would like to obtain! Or even an "I am so proud of you, for what you have accomplished!"

Sometimes,INMO, people often take these things for granted and assume that the other person doesn't need to hear these things. But just like a child playing soccer need to hear words of encouragement from a parent on the sidelines, we as adults need to hear words of encouragement from our peers!
