I have those recurring tornado dreams, too. I've read they may be a symbol of feeling like you have no control. That seems to be accurate for me. As for why they keep repeating, maybe there is something you can't express in your waking life, or some issue you're not addressing. However, the context is important because how you deal with each dream may show that you are making positive steps in your waking life.
