The only thing I can say is that anxiety and panic affect is lots of different ways. I remember being adamant a few years back that some new symptoms weren't down to anxiety, because I have had anxiety for years and know how it affects me. Yet it turned out they were. I still normally react in the same ways I am used to but every now and then I have an odd reaction and it completely messes with my head. So you have my sympathies.

If it worries you or happens again and you find it hard to deal with, then maybe mention it to your doctor or T if you are seeing one? Otherwise, I would try not to let it worry you too much. It's not unusual to respond to high levels of anxiety in new and different ways from time to time.

I hope that helps.
