I've been depressed for awhlie now. It just recently started and I'm not exactly sure how I go about finding the right help. Because of my depression I've developed a compulsive shopping disorder. I was just recently caught by my parents for using my credit card too much and they are furious. I don't know how to explain to them about my disorder.
