You don't have to give in to your fears. Why should you do that? Firstly think that'll be consequences. Try to find solutions, don't make things worse for yourself. I don't know a really good advice, but try to get busy so your mind won't analyse so much. I've never been in this situation, but I always listen to music. It is therapeutic. Take care.
