Something I've found helpful is a depression support group. I cn go there and tell others what's going on with me and they get it. They've all been there or are there now. It's the first time in my lifew I've been able to say how I feel and be uderstood without judgement or advice that I can't use.
There may be a group like this where you are. The one I go to is free so the only relly hard part is making myself go!
