Great question wildflowerchild25. I definitely notice that I am more on edge on cloudy days like today (in FL), and in the past I've made an effort to play a variety of classical music for me and my children when the sun is hidden. I asked my Dad for full spectrum light bulbs for my birthday in January because having been in Florida for almost 3 years, I know I'll need the extra light during the rainy season. He bought me a lamp which I guess is second best, and my husband and I put it up on top of a bookshelf so our children can't destroy it. I turn it on when it's cloudy and unplug it when it's stormy because I don't know if lightning would break it. I try to remind myself of what the landlord says (paraphrase): that when it's cloudy and rainy, the sun may not be out, but it's cooler!
