Yes. I would say tell your p-doc all of it. All that stuff goes into your file and SSA looks at it, that's what I was told.
I would make a list of what you want to go over before your appointment, and if you feel like you are being rushed you can always say something like, "I know your time is limited but I really would like to at least touch on these things." That puts a positive spin on it. Good luck!
