Some things I find helpful to lessen my anxiety at work. I do these things off and on:
1. Walk/Bike to work.
2. Arrive a little early and do a seven minute centering meditation at my desk.
3. Take a moment before entering the building to do a little prayer of gratitude for having a job and the good things about it. I usually end with "and may today be a good day".
4. Make a plan before leaving work the night before for the next morning. I will even write it out so it is waiting for me when I come in.
5. Plan a fun event for lunch or afterwork to have something to look forward to.
6. Remind myself to just do my best.
