Try to sooth yourself the best you can. Maybe a hot shower, or some meditation if your into that, or even some deep breathing and try to clear your mind. Give yourself somesomething to focus on. Think about how it feels to breath. Is it cool, or hot. Is the air fresh, what smells are there. Try to go somewhere quiet ant relaxing if possible.
To solve the issue that is bothering you, think about what you can do now to work on your problem and if anything can't be done think about what you plan to do in the future and try to let it go until you can work on the issue.
Stay strong and try to keep your spirits up. When you get thru school and find a nice job things will get easier financially.
