you might try - the salvation army, St Vincent Du Paul and Catholic Charities. None of those require a person to change religions to recieve their services I am babtist and have used their services many many times.
You might also try domestic violence agencies, rape crisis agencies and planned parenthood. they all have therapists and peer counselors that help with all kinds of issues including PTSD, Depression, Abuse (no matter what kind) among other things.
Also calling to various mental health agencies and psychiatrists and psychologists you can also find community grants and so on set up specifically for those that cannot afford therapy and other mental health services.
Alot of groups don't nessesarily advertize for the general public and instead take clients of specific agencies and groups so Those same agencys can also put you in touch with any support and therapy groups running on sliding scale and or free in your area.
Your therapist may be able to give you this type of information at your last session and might even let you make the calls from his/her office.
