I have paranoia often. I have this thing that I am being watched by people.
I can't pinpoint the names of these people, but I think it is government related.
I also believe that the gov is covering up UFO's. I believe that aliens have visited
us on Earth many times.They don't make contact because we are too immature as
a species.

My Doctor says it's delusional thinking. I think some of it may be,but I still believe.
I saw a UFO when I was a boy. I remember every detail. There is something going on and the gov is not telling us. They don't want to cause people to panic I think.

I'm taking Invega for the delusions. It is working pretty good. I don't think about stuff so often. I stay away from things that might trigger delusions.
