The Sci-Fi event went well.

I don't know what happened yesterday but it's not the first time.

Usually it's just out of the blue. Thank god it doesn't happen that often but when it does I have no way of dealing with it. I work from home and I am a mom to a 14 year old. Add in pets and hubby and my responsibilities mount. No way I can hide myself until it passes.
