dsf you can go back into your preferences (the second one I think) and make it so you don't come out to the main area/index, but open up to your own Home Page/mail box area. If you have your favorite members, and favorite threads listed, that would be your contact.

You can also select individual forums to view by selecting them (from the main area) into Favorite forum, then toggle to see ONLY those forums, not all available.
