I'm feeling the same as you. I started my day with a good shower and have done some things to distract myself. Housework, tidying up. Went out to lunch with my boyfriend (he also has bipolar). Took a nap, which isn't like me, but I'm getting over a respiratory cold and had time on my hands. Ah, well. Good to know we aren't alone and can support each other!
