I did not wake up in a bad mood, meditated, and exercised. I avoided anger, but not a depressed period. I let some patience over rule frustration. Meditated even though I feared falling asleep. Struggled to focus on activity that grounds me so I come here and feel grateful. i can only control within my limits and I realize even that small box can be a handful.
