I have taken Saphris for some months before. Towards the end of it I had some issues with my jaw. You may want to be careful about that. Also I never really had a lot of energy after I took it. I have no relation with panic/ anxiety... well maybe a little. I don't think it did too much to me. Hope that helped. Good luck.
