Hello I hope things are going better for you at this time. I really feel that the first step in getting better and dealing with issues is to have a support team, that consists of friends a support group, (CHURCH) if you have one, and a good therapy team and management care for your mental health. I also attend support groups on a regular basis NAMI and DBSA and talk to others that understand where I am coming from with mental health issues. Daily maintenance plans (under maryellen Copeland WRAP) is a good start as well in making the right decisions when things break down.
