I got a quick response from the supt. of schools up there telling me the posting for the job had ended and that they had a large pool of applicants. That's probably for the best, since I have this "money pit" house I'm fixing up, and little equity right now.
I like Radio Flyer's suggestion of a trip up there. Might have to do that just for the fun of it!
