i am a person who used to get like flu/fever once or twice a year... yes that little.
i started having depression symptoms back in 2010.. but did not go to the doc. still my fever/flu was around the same.. i don't get sick easily.
i only started seeing the pdoc last year and only recently did i agree to be put on medications. and i realise.. for the past 3 months, for each month i will have fever/flu that last for 2 weeks. meaning for april, i had flu. may, i had fever. now june, i'm having both fever AND flu. which comes across as odd and frustrating to me..
for now i can't bring it up to my pdoc coz i'm waiting for the new one to settle in.
anyway my question is: do you think it's the depression (because they say depression lowers immunity or somewhere along that line, but taking into account i was depressed in 2010 and was not doing anything about it) or is it the medication?
