Uninstall Photoshop... HA!!!

Adobe seems to often have problems like that, I'm in the habit of COMPLETELY uninstalling all previous Adobe products before installing the upgraded versions... always seems to be less grief that way.

I'm using the new CS suite of tools now BTW... really liking all, except GoLive is quite buggy and feels "unfinished".
