I used to have anger issues about three years ago and I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder in 2008. My anger would manifest itself by irrational screaming. I rarely get angry now. I do get upset, but I learned how to manage my anger. I learned how to live and let live. Anger is very self-destructive. I was much angrier when I was younger because I was the victim of a lot of abuse, so it made me an angry person. Therapy and medication has helped me a great deal. I try not to get angry anymore. I try to say my peace and then walk away. Anger can lead to violent situations and I want to avoid that. My brother has anger issues so I try not to deal with him. He's in therapy now though.
