is anyone in the same boat? i mean how do you make money?

my brain is foggy, i feel nervous all the time (mixed state, mania, depression) i graduated with honors from a top tier college, now can't even do 4th, 5th grade elementary work. can't memorize things, can't write. my arms/back hurt from using the computer/typing
